Located at the mouth of Narragansett Bay at Borden Light Marina, the Tipsy Seagull is a seasonal floating outdoor bar. Wash down a Mudslide or a Captain Morgan right on the water listening to our daily acoustic entertainment and enjoying some of the best sunsets on the Bay.
