Come by boat or car to enjoy a slice of Key West at Fall River's waterfront. Located at the mouth of Narragansett Bay at Borden light Marina, The Tipsy Seagull is a seasonal outdoor floating bar. Sample one of our famous mudslides or sip on a Captain Morgan while listening to our daily live entertainment.
Our relaxed tiki bar atmosphere is the perfect place to gather while enjoying a burger, stuffy, or some clam chowder. You will feel like you are floating in the Caribbean!
Stay a while and enjoy some of the areas best sunsets on the bay.
